A letter from TVT Welshpool to our customers

Dear valued customer,
It seems a long time since we made the announcement on 5th July 2023 informing you all of the divestment of our business to the neighbouring Rea Valley Tractors (RVT) at that time none of us anticipated it taking a further 6 months to get it over the line. I can now confirm that as of 31st January 2024 we are now formally part of Rea Valley Tractors.
Over the forthcoming months we will be bringing together the two depots here in Welshpool incorporating both teams together here at our current site. This will give us stronger ability to look after our customer base with additional skilled sales, after sales and service technicians, as well as extended specialised help when we require it from other depots with in the RVT Group.
Not only will we have additional team members, we will also have the brand we know so well (CNH) back in house as well as other strong brands, Kuhn, JCB and Bailey that have been strongly associated with RVT over the years, not forgetting lots of other brands that we have both promoted over the years to support our industry.
With all of the enclosed excitement going on I would very much like to take this opportunity to thank all of our existing customers for supporting and standing by us over the past twelve months in particular, your patience has been appreciated. I am confident that we can work together to bring a level of service that is greater than the sum of its parts.
In conclusion I am personally looking forward to leading our team here at Welshpool incorporating both businesses together and introducing RVT to our current customer base.
With all this in mind, we look forward to the future in a strong and positive position.
